Arizona wedding

My cousin Curtis got married last week in Mesa, Arizona. My parents thought that it would be a great opportunity for all of the cousins to get together - all 9 of us! We think it may have been 15 years since some of us had gotten together. Other than the heat, it was a great weekend! To save money, all of my siblings, myself included, traveled without our families. It was nice to be able to have a conversation without interruption.

Here is my cousin Curtis, his new wife Kim and Curtis's daughter Gwen.

My family.



My aunt Carol made matching dresses for all of her grand daughters for the wedding. All but one is shown here. They are so cute. Kim made them all matching flip flops with flowers and the headbands. The tie that Jackson is wearing on the right is the same one that Kim got for all of my cousins to wear. Everything was very color coordinated.

Instead of a wedding cake Kim and Curtis did cupcakes and a candy bar. Curtis build this really cool cupcake stand with their initials on the top. After a quick weekend of fun, we are all ready to plan a family reunion for next summer.
