Every year Andrew's Little League has a fund raiser where each family is responsible for selling five tickets to a San Jose Giants game. I suppose that some people actually sell them, but we usually go to the game. It was a beautiful afternoon with perfect weather. The kids were excited because they were having fireworks after the game. We left Grant with Grandma because I don't think he would have sat for more than a minute. We ate traditional ball park food and brought some snacks as well. Claire was interested for the first half an hour or so then she kept asking when the fireworks would be.
One of the best things about the SJ Giants games is the churros. I think they are made fresh, because they are hot and delicious! I only got one bite of each of these, so next year we will have to get three of them!
Andrew brought his mitt hoping he would catch a fly ball, but he didn't. Danny almost got one though. We all had a really good time and they both fell asleep in the car on the way home.
