Grant has been busy again

There is certainly never a dull moment with Grant around.  Here are a few shots from his recent escapades.  First, he somehow got Claire to pull him around the house over and over again one night.  He was thrilled to ride in the doll wagon.

However, he soon realized that the wagon can also be used as a step stool.  In this case he was trying to play a game of Foosball one night.

As one mess was being cleaned up we found Grant sitting in the doll high chair.  No, I did not pose him like this.  He had crawled up into it and thought he was pretty cool.

But if sitting in it is great, standing is even better!

As I was reading books to Claire tonight I watched him pull out her bottom drawer and step inside so that he could reach Claire's treasures that are on top of her dresser.  Unbelievable!

Last week he kept climbing on the back of the sofa and grabbing things off of the counter.  He would rummage through my purse or toss the mail down or on a few occasions actually climb right over.

To stop this we had to move the couch away from the wall and the opening.  It is not very pretty, but it does the job.
Speaking of moving furniture, we now have one of our kitchen table chairs in the hallway.
We first had to move it to stop an obsession with the computer.
It just got worse from there because he figured out how to climb on the table.  Ummm.....yes, that is the laptop he is sitting on!  Not good!  But it still works, as I am currently typing on it.   Hence the reason we can't have a chair in front of the computer anymore.

Much to my chagrin I had to get another baby gate.  I had sold the other ones that I had because I didn't use them with Claire.  Now Grant is locked out of the kitchen area and his favorite pastime of dumping out the cat food and water is limited to only a few times a week rather than a few times a day.  Poor baby!
