This post is to capture all of the miscellaneous small events that happened this fall with our family. None of them had enough pictures to warrant a whole post. At the beginning of the school year Claire had a bridging ceremony where she moved from being a Daisy up to a Brownie. Here they are in their blue vests.
Now in their Brownie vests.
We went to the American Girl store to get some books for Claire and Grant took a picture with the Isabelle cutout.
Back to school night in Claire's classroom.
This was her math about me worksheet. I am not sure how she remembers that she has lost 8 teeth.
Grant and his best buddy Jayden over for a playdate.
A late September beach day complete with a candy corn - the best fall candy!
On conference weekend I convinced my mom to make cinnamon rolls and the kids wanted to help.
A ride up to the turtle pond.
For Brownies, Claire had to do a poster board about an animal and she picked the howler monkey. Each girl then had to present their poster to their troop at a meeting.
Grant loves Chick fil A sauce. In fact, he will eat it straight out of the container.
Grant's friend Corbin had a cute ninja themed birthday party. The kids all loved it.
Grant at his dental check up - no cavities!
Claire's girl scout troop went on a field trip to a fire station. It was actually very informative.
I got tickets to a Sharks game from a friend.
Selling nuts and chocolates at a Girl Scout booth.
It is hard to tell, but Andrew is on the phone in this picture. He is on Google docs talking to a class mate about an assignment for school.
Danny's parent's came to visit in November before Christmas and we took a trip to the American Girl store. Claire really wanted this $300 doll carriage but we had to pass.
Claire did get the Isabelle doll though and she has been well played with.
Andrew had to design an egg drop container for scouts. He spent a lot of time on it, but when he dropped it from the ladder, the egg didn't survive.
Grant and I read books and snuggle most every night.
Grant's preschool had a Thanksgiving breakfast for the parents where the kids sang two songs.
We happened to be at Target one Saturday morning and they were giving away Frozen crowns and bags to the kids with a fun back drop for the kids to pose against.
One of my vendors gave me four tickets to the 49ers game on Thanksgiving Day. I ended up taking Andrew and my parents. When we walked in Bob Costas was there doing the pre-game show.
The tickets were amazing - 5th row! Plus we were right behind the 49ers bench. Here is the team coming in and coach Harbaugh in the bottom front.
They unfurled a flag as large as the whole field for the national anthem.
It was supposed to be a tough game against the Seahawks, but the 49ers ended up getting killed.
Andrew loved it.
Later that weekend Ryan's family came for the BYU football game. That Sunday was Landon's birthday, so Mandy made him some birthday pie.
Best bud cousins!
Claire came home from church wanting to plan her own family home evening, so she did. It was all about Noah and the ark. It was very cute.

My favorite of all the pics is you and Grant snuggling and reading because that is who you really are when you have the time. Snuggled up in bed reading a book, made even better with a sweet boy:)
