Claire's birthday happened to be during the week of spring break. It also happened to be the week of her baptism, so not only were they off school, but it also meant a visit from the cousins. First to arrive was Natalie so they were here to celebrate Claire's actual birthday with breakfast donuts. We were going to celebrate her actual birthday on Saturday.
We have some friends that moved to Utah a few years ago that were going to be in the bay area for spring break and asked if we wanted to meet up at the beach. We went to the beach in Pacifica and we had never been there before.

All of the moms got to sit and talk while the kids played in the sand. It was a bit windy but it was great to catch up. Mateo was sick, so unfortunately she hung out in the car most of the time.
